01We work with a small number of artists so that development means something: repertoire, direction, and a release plan that covers the next two years rather than the next two weeks.
02Tracking, production, mixing and mastering — either in our own room or with producers we trust. The point is continuity: the same team knows what the last record sounded like.
03Digital delivery to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music and the rest, plus physical runs when a record deserves them. Reporting is itemised and paid on a fixed schedule.
04Works registered properly, royalties collected across territories, and a catalogue kept in order — the unglamorous part of the job that decides what you actually get paid.
05We represent the catalogue directly to music supervisors, and because we hold the rights in one place a licence can be cleared without a month of paperwork.
06Every release gets a plan built for that record: press, editorial and creator outreach, content, paid support where it earns its place, and help routing the live dates after it.
How we sign
None of them is a buy-out. Whichever one fits, you will see the full model — advance, recoupment, splits, term — before a contract exists.
We fund and release the record; you keep the masters. Defined term, clean reversion, split agreed before anything is signed.
You own and pay for the record. We handle delivery, accounting and physical manufacturing for a flat share.
Take one desk or five. Publishing administration, sync representation or marketing without signing the recordings.
Every agreement is negotiated individually and we recommend you take independent legal advice before signing anything — including with us.
